Silicone Sponge Sheet
SFS silicone sponge can be produced in sheet form. SFS sponge sheets go from a minimum thickness of 1.6mm up to 50mm. As the sheets are produced individually, the 'flatness' of the sheet is excellent with no wrinkles or curling. Densities and compounds can be varied to suit different applications.

Silicone Sponge Grades
SFS can manufacture different grades of silicone sponge with different densities. Our standard densities are 16 lbs/ft3 (250g/m3), 24 lbs/ft3 (400g/m3), 33 lbs/ft3 (600g/m3). Our standard Grades of Silicone Sponge are:
- SP10, SP16, SP24, SP33
- AD10, AD16, AD24, AD33
- LEV250®, LEV400®
We also offer specialist sponge grades such as
- Fire-retardant
- Fluoro-silicone
- Metal-Loaded
Transfer Printing Pads
SFS transfer printing pads are made from a special heat-stabilised compound ensuring long-life of the pads. A high tempertaure adhesive allows the pads to operate at 220°C to 230°C. Pads supplied in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm thickness, with various sizes available from stock.
Fabric-finish sponge sheet
SFS fabric finish sheet can be manufactured with the fabric impression on one or both sheet surfaces. Maximum sheet size is 500mm x 1000mm. Single-sided impression sheets can be supplied with SAB on the smooth face.
Sponge Sheet
SFS standard sponge sheet has a smooth skin on both surfaces. Standard sheet size is 600mm x 1000mm, other sizes available to order. Sheets can be supplies with SAB. Standard colour is white, other colours available to minimum order. SFS holds large stocks from 1.6mm to 20mm in white, SP16 grade
